My first start in the mortgage industry was an operations position with a wholesale lender in 2020, essentially as a liaison between underwriters and mortgage brokers.

Back when borrowing money cost next to nothing, I was able to scale up on my experience, fast.

My specialty quickly grew with Non-QM loans (aka mortgage loans that aren't conventional, FHA, VA, etc. - particularly bank statement only & DSCR loans), to then become a licensed loan originator for VirtuaLending, and work directly with clients to give them the best experience of working with someone that knows every in and out of their loan.
